On May 12, 2009, the National Steering Committee (NSC) of the GCREAS project in the Dominican Republic met in the Council Room of the Ministry for Higher Education, Science & Technology (SEESCYT) with the purpose of getting all Dominican Universities on board in what concerns the said engineering accreditation project.

To this end, representatives from all universities featuring engineering departments in the country were invited to the meeting, in which an overview was presented on the project’s actions and achievements to date.
